Dr. Rita Das Clinic provides following facilities to visiting patients:

1. We always book appointment half hour apart. Though it reduces number of patients who can be given appointment at our clinic in a day, it helps our clinic to offer quality not quantity.

2. Patients are always advised to come with some free time specially if they are visiting our clinic for first time so that a thorough assessment of their medical history can be done before starting their treatment.

3. Our clinic does not ask patient to visit clinic unnecessarily. If it is not necessary we have been advising patient to come after 3 months or in some cases after six months.

4. There are no charges for coming to show test reports written by Doctor and getting advice on those reports at our clinic if you come with reports within one week.

5. The fee is valid for one week:

It means if for any reason you have to come to our clinic within a week of your last paid visit, you will not have to pay again/ you will not be charged.

6. Once you have visited the clinic and Doctor has seen you and taken your medical history, patients are advised to feel free to call our clinic in following circumstances.

(a). If any medicine is not suiting the patient, patient can call to get the name of alternative medicine on phone.

(b) For any minor complication like sudden pain or bleeding etc patient can call and get the name of medicine on phone so that they do not have to endure pain and discomfort.

(c) Sometime medical stores try to provide alternative medicine because they do not have medicine written by doctor, our patient can call our clinic. Doctor speaks to medical store and can approve alternative medicine suggested by store or can suggest you name of other prominent medical store

7. We encourage husband to be active participant in wife’s treatment. Husbands are always asked to sit with his wife during the course of every consultation at clinic.

8. We also counsel other family members if there is a need.

9. Only one patient is allowed at a time in doctor’s room so that complete privacy of patient can be maintained.

We have started maintaining digital record of patient’s treatment:

Sometime patients need to consult doctor on phone. At that time digital record of your treatment helps our clinic to serve you better.

Tests & Reports:

Like other Doctors our clinic does have its favorite diagnostic center & We assure you that it is neither based on cuts nor commissions. It is our favorite diagnostic center because our doctor has developed faith in test reports of that lab or center.

We have purely professional & ethical relationship with lab or test center to which we refer our patients. Because of this we are able to provide following extraordinary services which are beneficial to patients by saving them time and money.

1. Some time it is necessary to give specific guidelines as how a test should be done and what should be looked into a test, our doctor talks to test center so that chances of misreporting can be eliminated.

2. Test center can confuse test written by doctor in that case patient are advised to ask test center to call the doctor so that such confusions are eliminated.

Special facilities for Patient coming from other Cities:

3. Our clinic provide service of collecting report on behalf of those patients who have come from other cities like Noida, Gorakhpur, Patna or Nepal and cannot wait to collect the report as they have to return to their city same day.

4. For such patient we collect their report, inform them on phone about the result and what medicine they have to take. Thus patients are freed from hassle to plan a journey to our clinic and city.

Patients are also free to go to any diagnostic center despite our advice. Our Clinic never refuses to accept test report of any center.
